When Mom came under the care of KinderKare she was in her early 90’s, had advanced COPD, and was fiercely independent. COVID pandemic had begun. They were our lifesavers. Ellen quickly learned how to deal with Mom and give her as much independence as needed and still insure her safety. They took care of meals, medication, clothes and everything in between. I never worried about Mom under their care. They were sensitive to her moods and behavior and always called when they were concerned. As a team, communication between the staff as well as family members is meticulous. This level of care leaves little to no margin for error. As professionals, I defer to staff members for advice and guidance. Hampered by the fact that I live out of state, I rely on the Kindercare team to be my eyes and ears.
